Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 0 years in any relevant field is required, making this position ideal for fresh graduates.
- Proficient in outbound calling, with the ability to generate leads and set appointments effectively.
- Demonstrated skills in cold calling, with the ability to reach out to new prospects efficiently.
- Proven ability in inbound calling, ensuring timely and helpful responses to customer inquiries.
- General telecalling skills, with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Must be skilled in calling (Mandatory skill), offering effective communication with clients over the phone.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage in outbound calls to potential clients, discussing Storch's range of services and identifying business opportunities.
- Utilize Salesforce to keep track of each interaction, ensuring all client data is updated accurately.
- Execute cold calling strategies to introduce the company to prospective clients and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Respond to inbound calls with professionalism, addressing customer queries or routing them to the appropriate department.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints, providing detailed information and follow-up as necessary.
- Maintain a consistent flow of communication with potential clients to nurture relationships and promote services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless client acquisition and satisfaction.
- Track client feedback and communicate insights to enhance the efficiency of telecalling operations.
