Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Care Executive for our Real Estate division at our Gurgaon headquarters. This is a full-time, fresher-level position that requires candidates to have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage customer relationships effectively. Candidates will be responsible for supporting the sales team through customer engagement and should have skills in property sales and outbound calling.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in customer relationship management to maintain and nurture client relationships (Mandatory skill).
- Experience or interest in property sales to effectively understand and pitch the real estate product offerings.
- Proven ability in cold calling to generate leads and engage potential customers.
- Experience in making outbound calls to enhance customer engagement and achieve sales targets.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in the fast-paced real estate sector.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple customer accounts and tasks efficiently.
- Problem-solving skills to handle customer queries and concerns effectively and efficiently.

- Engage with prospective clients through calls and emails to provide information about real estate properties.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Assist the sales team in achieving their sales target by providing necessary support and customer insights.
