Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Account Executive to join our team on a full-time basis at our New Delhi location. The candidate should possess 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. As a Junior Account Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our financial advisory services, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with financial regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in GST, TDS, and Income Tax Return (ITR) filings, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.
- Experience with Tally software for accounting and financial management, demonstrating accuracy and efficiency.
- Advanced skills in MS-Excel for data analysis, financial modeling, and generating insightful reports.
- Strong understanding of preparing and analyzing balance sheets, reconciling discrepancies as needed.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial data and generating accounting reports.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members, offering assistance and support as required.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and understanding their financial needs.
- Problem-solving skills and the capacity to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and income tax returns in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform reconciliations of bank statements, ledgers, and accounts to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Support senior accountants and finance managers in various financial projects and tasks.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing financial insights and recommendations.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of financial data and maintain organized records for audits.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding account statements, payments, and other financial tasks.
