Role: Sr. US IT Recruiters
Location: DSL Abacus IT Park, Uppal Hyderabad.

Work Hours: Night Shift (USA EST Timings)
Role & Responsibilities
1. Must understand US staffing business and technical Recruiting Process well.
2. Must be self-motivated and disciplined to work with limited supervision.
3. Must be a Pro to build network relations with new vendors using social networking sites such as LinkedIn.
4. Look up the right resumes that match our client requirements on various job portals, submit the consultants, and follow up for interview schedules.
Must have good experience in cold calling, and price negotiation and need to have good convincing and closing skills.
• Focus on Quality Submissions daily.
• Attend Team Meetings daily to go over the accomplishments.
• Be accountable for the work assigned daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Understand organization objectives and goals; And measure the Targets using KPIs.
• Should have a Fundamental Understanding of Information Technology Concepts.
• Organize a Daily Schedule based on the tasks assigned.
• Ability to Answer questions for the clients and team members as needed.
CAPABILITIES/KEY COMPETENCIES:
• Have At least 5+ Years of Experience as a Technical Recruiter.
• Good Communication Skills
• Leadership Capabilities
• Wear multiple hats as needed.
• Build Healthy relationships with Cross-Functional Teams and Individuals in their team.
