Role & Responsibilities
Must have a good understanding of US staffing business, Bench sales, and recruitment process.
Must be a Pro to build network relations with new vendors using social networking sites such as LinkedIn.
Look up the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portals, submit the consultants, and follow up for interview schedules.
Must have good experience in cold calling, and price negotiation and need to have good convincing and closing skills.
• Ability to build relationships with Prime vendors and recruiters on a daily basis.
• Attend Team Meetings on a daily basis to go over the accomplishments.
• Be accountable for the work assigned on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Understand organization objectives and goals; And measure the Targets using KPIs.
• Should have a Fundamental Understanding of Information Technology Concepts.
CAPABILITIES/KEY COMPETENCIES:
• Have At least 3- 5 Years of Experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter.
• Good Communication Skills
• Leadership Capabilities
• Build Healthy relationships with Cross-Functional Teams and Individuals in their team.
Education:
• Bachelors Degree
