We are looking for a candidate for resource management. It is a managerial role. He/ She will be working in processes across talent acquisition, core HR, L&D, compensation & benefits, and performance management modules.

Location: Gurugram/ Pune/ Chennai

Role and responsibilities

·     Resource planning and allocation.

·     Assigning people to projects based on their skills, previous experience, availability, or project budget.

·     Determine the company’s capacity to meet the staffing requirement of projects.

·     Coordinate with internal functional heads to identify requirements clearly and in a detailed fashion.

·     Create regular reports and update internal databases.

·     Assist with HR processes, such as administration, compensation and benefit plans, and staffing training.

·     Ensure proper documentation and end-user training Coordination with internal teams for any clarification/requirement

Technical skills requirements

The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in,

·     Good knowledge and understanding in HR and Finance field.

·     Proactive problem solver.

·     MS office like advance Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Management systems, and ERPs.

·     Relationship builder along with good team player

·     Verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-have skills

·     Knowledge of any ERP system.

Qualifications

5 to 10 years of work experience in business operations

Bachelors/Masters (Engineering/ MBA) from a top-tier university
