Job Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy Development:

• Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.

Market Research:

• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

Client Engagement:

• Arrange and participate in business meetings with prospective clients.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Product Promotion:

• Promote the company’s products/services while addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.

Record Management:

• Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices, and client data.

Team Development:

• Develop entry-level staff into valuable sales professionals.

Requirements and Skills:

1. Experience:

• Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or in a similar role.
• Proven sales track record.
• Minimum 5 years of total work experience (Preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in Campaign Management, Sales, and Management (Preferred).

1. Education:

• Master’s degree in business administration, Sales, or a relevant field (Preferred).

1. Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office and English.
• Strong market knowledge and ability to identify trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Effective time management and planning skills.
