About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Trainer cum Visual Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in footwear, with a strong ability to drive visual merchandising strategies. You will play a crucial role in delivering excellent product knowledge to customers while ensuring our store displays captivate and engage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging footwear training to both staff and customers, focusing on product features, benefits, and styling advice.
• Design and implement attractive and effective visual displays in-store that highlight footwear collections.
• Ensure product placement and store layout align with brand standards and seasonal trends.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the team to maintain store aesthetics.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for footwear campaigns.
• Assist in training new staff on product knowledge and visual merchandising techniques.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in both footwear and visual merchandising.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in footwear sales and visual merchandising, ideally with a mix of both.
• Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and effective display techniques.
• Creative with attention to detail and a passion for fashion trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role with a focus on footwear & apparels.
• Knowledge of merchandising software or digital tools.
