Job Overview
The Human Resources Intern role at SREENI GROUPS is a full-time internship opportunity suitable for freshers located in Hyderabad. The position offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in HR processes within the real estate industry. With 0 to 1 year of work experience required, this role is designed to support our HR team in various recruiting and administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential for handling documentation and presentations (Mandatory skill).
- Competency in interview scheduling software to efficiently manage and coordinate interview timings (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with HR analytics tools to collect, analyze, and report on HR data accurately (Mandatory skill).
- Familiarity with HRIS systems for efficient employee data management and reporting.
- Skilled in using Google Workspace for seamless collaboration and communication across the organization.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline the recruiting and hiring processes.
- Understanding of onboarding software to facilitate smooth integration of new hires into the company.
- Basic knowledge of payroll software to support the finance department with accurate salary processing.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Participate in HR analytics by collecting and analyzing data to provide insights into HR performance metrics.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing necessary materials and ensuring a welcoming experience for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system accurately and confidentially.
- Collaborate with the HR team in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports and correspondence.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures across the organization.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR related policies, procedures and programs with professionalism and confidentiality.
