Executive - Customer Service

SPREE a floral design and gifting studio is looking for a Customer Service Executive for its floral gifting service.

Female Candidate Preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

Receive orders on Phone, Email, Whatsapp or website.

Share sample pictures.

Discuss pricing.

Communicate order details with Operations team

Understand dispatch status and keep the customer informed

Communicate with the customers for billing.

Candidate Specifications

Undergraduate/Graduate with 1-3 Years’ experience in a Communication role with good command on English, Hindi and preferably Gujarati

Position Specifications

Working hours: 7 AM to 4 PM or 10 AM to 7 PM

Working Days - Monday to Saturday

Week off - Sunday

Salary - 20-25K pm
