FRONT OFFICE: You will be responsible for providing front desk assistance to guests.Greets clients, helps them locate allocated rooms and processes check-ins and check outs.you have to ensure facilitation of services with compliance with the hotel's safety policies and regulations, answers phone calls, takes queries and keeps track of all-house activities concerning information about the availability of and reservation.
HOUSEKEEPING: Responsible for cleaning and reporting any safety hazards to the homeowner or manager in charge. They must complete tasks like vacuuming, sweeping, emptying trash cans,mopping, room making.
FOOD&BEVERAGE SERVICE: To serve the guest food in restaurant, must take orders, provide food room service.
