Job Opening: International Blended Process (Travel) – Voice Support

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: Rotational shifts (including night shifts)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Any 2 Days Off)

Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month + Process Incentives (Up to ₹36,000/month)

Cab Facility: One-Way Cab Provided

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in International Voice Process

Education: Graduate or Undergraduate

✈️ About the Role:

We are hiring enthusiastic professionals for an International Blended Process (Travel domain). This role involves handling both voice and non-voice customer interactions related to travel bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and queries across international markets.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls and chats.

Assist with flight bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and refunds.

Provide exceptional customer service and resolve travel-related issues.

Ensure adherence to quality and compliance guidelines.

Meet process KPIs including customer satisfaction and resolution time.

✅ Candidate Requirements:

Graduate/Undergraduate from any stream.

Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice support.

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).

Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) is a plus.

Flexibility to work in 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends.
