This role involves handling both voice and non-voice customer interactions related to travel bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and queries across international markets. 🔍 Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls and chats. Assist with flight bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and refunds. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve travel-related issues. Ensure adherence to quality and compliance guidelines. Meet process KPIs including customer satisfaction and resolution time. ✅ Candidate Requirements:Graduate/Undergraduate from any stream. Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice support. Excellent English communication skills (verbal &amp; written). Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) is a plus.
