Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Credit Sales Manager to join our team at SM Square Credit Services. This is a full-time, mid-level position located in Cuddapah, Kurnool, Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Prakasam, and Kakinada. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive credit services growth, managing customer relationships, and leading a team to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must possess expertise in sales strategy, focusing on the development and execution of plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base (Mandatory skill).
- Proven relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-lasting, trusted connections with clients (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated team leadership experience, capable of motivating and guiding the team towards achieving collective goals (Mandatory skill).
- Solid understanding of credit analysis, enabling the assessment of the creditworthiness of potential clients accurately.
- Strong financial acumen to interpret and evaluate financial statements effectively, facilitating informed decision making.
- Skilled in negotiation, with the ability to achieve beneficial agreements for both the company and clients while maintaining strong relationships.
- Exceptional customer service orientation, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty through responsive and tailored service.
- Proficient in risk assessment, evaluating potential threats to minimize credit-related losses effectively.
