· Finding new customers through Indirect Sales Team and constantly expanding the business through Local Cable Operators
· Monitoring sales data and keeping up to date with current market trends and customer needs
· First class consultative sales skills. Good understanding of Features and Benefits.
· Leading a team of sales representatives and coaching them in their respective field.
· Knowledge of handling the channel sales and direct sales.
· Liaising with upper management ensuring sales targets are met.
· Analysing current marketplace and feeding back important market and competitive information
· Be aware of all competitive activities within major accounts.
· Sales presentations for clients showing the success and credibility of the business and its products.
· Planning, executing, and managing sales strategies.
Knowledge and Skills
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Demonstrable and successful sales track record.
· Good technical background in product area is desirable
· Good presentation skills
· Proven record of effectively meeting sales quotas.
· A degree in business studies would be an advantage.
