Job description - BDM

We are looking for strong Business development Manager who has an extensive expertise in sales for both IT products and Digital marketing services for international clients.

Responsibilities

·        Responsible for marketing of IT Services like Web Development, Mobile App Development, and Digital Marketing services in international markets like US or UK

·        All Presales activities including creating a Business Proposal, Presentations, Slides, and other documents as required by a potential client.

·        Business Development with Overseas clients

·        Online Lead generation / Online Marketing

·        Need analysis Online Demonstrations

·        Proposal Submission

·        Negotiation Closing

·        Inside Sales

·        Build relationships with customers and seek references.

·        Create reports, PPT, Content and Email Campaign.



Desired Candidate Profile - Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications


·        Minimum 3 years for experience in online bid pre-sales profile for Web Dev, Mobile app and Digital marketing services.

·        Experience in IT Service based company is a must.

·        Candidates who have worked with similar companies and role will be preferred.

·        Should have been the point of contact for all Presales activities in any of their prior experience.

·        Exposure to bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer is must.

·        Good in utilizing mediums like Facebook and LinkedIn and other social mediums to generate leads and sales.

·        Should be able to create various sales channels.

·        Cold calling experience to USA/UK clients is mandatory.

·        Highly Sales oriented to convert all leads.

·        Local marketing knowledge is essential.

·        Should have Closed a good number of deals for international clients.

·        Excellent verbal and written English skills for effective communication with overseas clients.

·        Candidate must have an IT Background and should be familiar with the IT technologies Web/Mobile/IO T technologies and Digital marketing.
