Manage and develop technical training programs for Product Company.
- End to end Technical Training program for Internal Team, Customer in terms of design, delivery, and evaluation
- Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners, and peers
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
- Ensure effective implementation and delivery of training and development solution
- Utilize deep knowledge of most aspects of learning across many business disciplines to influence, evaluate and drive new development programs and solutions to advance and drive business unit performance
- Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including more experienced managers, as well as interact directly with external customers
- Manage Role Development Program for the organization
Required Qualifications
- Graduate/Master's degree full time in technology/management
- Should come from technology background and should be able understand technology to extent of evaluating technical trainers, talking to technical stakeholder on technical training requirements, evaluating technical training content/session plans
- 5-8 years of Technical Training Experience in Product Company.
- Minimum 5 years of Facilitation experience
