Manage and develop technical training programs for Product Company. - End to end Technical Training program for Internal Team, Customer in terms of design, delivery, and evaluation- Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners, and peers- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development- Ensure effective implementation and delivery of training and development solution- Utilize deep knowledge of most aspects of learning across many business disciplines to influence, evaluate and drive new development programs and solutions to advance and drive business unit performance- Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including more experienced managers, as well as interact directly with external customers- Manage Role Development Program for the organizationRequired Qualifications- Graduate/Master's degree full time in technology/management- Should come from technology background and should be able understand technology to extent of evaluating technical trainers, talking to technical stakeholder on technical training requirements, evaluating technical training content/session plans - 5-8 years of Technical Training Experience in Product Company. - Minimum 5 years of Facilitation experience
