Job Summary:

We are looking for a Placement Officer to coordinate and enhance placement opportunities for students by building strong industry connections. The ideal candidate should have experience in career counseling, employer engagement, and organizing placement drives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with companies for student placements.
• Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and industry interaction sessions.
• Guide students in resume building, interview preparation, and career counseling.
• Collaborate with faculty to align course content with industry requirements.
• Track student placement records and provide regular reports.
• Ensure high placement rates by identifying job opportunities relevant to students’ skills.
• Assist students in internships, part-time jobs, and full-time placements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in placements, career counseling, or recruitment.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of current job market trends and hiring practices.
