Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, implementing HR policies, managing recruitment, enhancing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will play a key role in creating a positive and productive work environment that aligns with our company’s goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Oversee performance management and employee appraisal systems
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of employees
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Develop and monitor overall HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Nurture a positive working environment and strong company culture
• Organize training and development programs
• Prepare and present reports on HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, absenteeism)
• Manage HR documentation and maintain employee records
• Lead HR audits and ensure policy compliance

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive role
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
