Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the growth of SKILLFLOOR™ through effective communication and business development strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency with CRM software for managing customer relationships and coordinating sales activities effectively.
- Ability to generate leads through various sales prospecting tools and techniques to meet sales targets.
- Strong expertise in customer relationship management to build and maintain successful partnerships.
- Experience in cold calling with a proven track record of success in engaging potential clients (Mandatory skill).
- Effective negotiation skills to close deals successfully and maximize the company's profitability (Mandatory skill).
- Familiarity with data analysis for understanding sales trends and optimizing sales strategies.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite to create presentations, reports, and manage sales data systematically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients confidently and professionally.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to potential clients, establishing initial contact and identifying business opportunities.
- Utilize CRM platforms to track sales activities, manage client portfolios, and ensure seamless communication.
- Drive lead generation initiatives and convert qualified leads into sales opportunities through effective prospecting.
- Support sales strategies by analyzing market data and sales trends to increase revenue and enhance client base.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring agreements are executed favorably for both parties.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client communications, and transactions for future reference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions aligned with their training needs.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management to track performance and inform strategic decisions.
