Job Overview

We are seeking a Field Sales Executive who will play a key role in expanding our reach in Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam. This full-time position is ideal for a fresher with zero to one year of work experience looking to jumpstart their career in sales. The successful candidate will engage with potential clients, promote our training services, and drive sales growth through field activities.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM software to manage customer data and track interactions.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools to identify and convert leads effectively.
  • Strong lead-generation skills to identify potential market segments and customers.
  • Ability to analyze data to generate insights for improving sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce for seamless sales management and enhanced productivity.
  • Excellence in public speaking to confidently convey information and pitch sales proposals.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Expertise in customer relationship management for maintaining and nurturing client relationships.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential customers through on-field research and lead generation activities.
  • Regularly visit corporate clients to present SKILLFLOOR™'s training offerings and benefits.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop efficient sales strategies and tactics.
  • Maintain a detailed log of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in CRM systems.
  • Report progress, challenges, and market insights to senior sales management consistently.
  • Understand client training needs and advise them on the most suitable SKILLFLOOR™ programs.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals as set by the company leadership.
  • Assist in organizing marketing campaigns and events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
