Job Overview

We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our team at SKILLFI. This remote position is based in Delhi and offers both full-time and part-time employment opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience and will be a vital part of our operations, providing support across various organizational functions.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a virtual assistant or administrative role is necessary to fulfill job requirements efficiently.
  • Proficiency in calendar management is required to ensure accurate scheduling and timely completion of tasks.
  • Strong email management skills are necessary to maintain organized and efficient communication with various stakeholders.

  • Competency in database management is essential for organizing, updating, and retrieving relevant information as needed.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite is necessary for creating, editing, and managing various official documents and presentations.
  • Report generation (Mandatory skill) is vital for providing insights and updates to the management team.
