Job Overview

This is a Full-Time, Mid-Level position for a Sales Marketing Consultant at SKILLFI, with a required work experience of 4 to 6 years. You will be working in our offices located in Gurgaon, Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore Urban. The role focuses on leveraging your expertise in B2B sales and account management to enhance our client partnerships and solutions delivery.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in B2B sales (Mandatory skill) to effectively communicate and sell HR solutions to corporate clients.
  • Strong account management skills (Mandatory skill) with the ability to nurture and grow existing client relationships.
  • Expertise in lead generation to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HR sector.
  • Proficiency in proposal development to craft competitive offerings that address client needs and preferences.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders at various levels, ensuring alignment and buy-in throughout the sales process.
  • Skills in contract negotiation to finalize agreements that are mutually beneficial and aligned with company standards.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey ideas and solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to assess client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline for HR solutions and staffing services.
  • Develop and manage client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service.
  • Create and present tailored proposals to clients, highlighting the value of SKILLFI's solutions in addressing their needs.
  • Lead negotiations on contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to close business deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor and deliver solutions that meet client specifications and expectations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Achieve sales targets set by the company, contributing to the overall success and expansion of SKILLFI.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using the company's CRM system.
