Join SKILLFI as a Senior Program Manager MSP VMS, a full-time position available in California City, Florida City, and Texas City. We seek an experienced professional with 7 to 10 years of expertise, focusing on managing and optimizing vendor and workforce management solutions. You will play a critical role in delivering top-quality services to our clients while driving operational excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive experience in vendor management and the ability to handle complex supplier relationships effectively and efficiently.
- Demonstrated expertise in MSP program management with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and achieving measurable results (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency with VMS platforms to facilitate effective vendor and workforce management processes.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities, ensuring alignment and satisfaction of client expectations and goals.
- Excellence in operations management to drive process improvements and enhance overall program efficiencies.
- Experience in RPO solutions, with the ability to deliver comprehensive recruitment outsourcing services tailored to client needs.
- Skilled in workforce planning to forecast staffing requirements and align resources with business objectives.
- Proficient in contract negotiation, capable of securing favorable terms and maintaining mutually beneficial partnerships.

- Lead and oversee the management of vendor relationships to ensure performance aligns with client expectations and company objectives.
- Drive the program strategy and execution for MSP VMS solutions, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective operational processes to drive efficiencies and optimize program effectiveness.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing insights, updates, and recommendations on program progress and opportunities.
- Manage and mentor teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze industry trends and client feedback to refine service offerings and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Interface with clients to understand business needs and provide tailored RPO and workforce management solutions.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage any changes through effective negotiation and communication.
