Job Summary: The Community Executive will be responsible for managing and growing our online community, fostering engagement, and creating a positive and supportive environment. This role involves interacting with users across various platforms, organizing events, and developing content to keep the community active and engaged.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies to grow and nurture our online community.
• Manage and moderate community platforms, including social media channels, forums, and groups.
• Respond to community members’ inquiries and provide support in a timely and professional manner.
• Create and curate engaging content, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates.
• Organize and host virtual events, webinars, and discussions to promote community interaction.
• Gather feedback from the community and report insights to the product and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure community feedback is incorporated into product development and marketing strategies.
• Monitor community metrics and analyze data to measure the success of community initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management and EdTech.
