Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in employee engagement, with a focus on creating and maintaining a positive work environment (Mandatory skill).
- Strong talent acquisition skills, including strategic sourcing, interviewing, and selection (Mandatory skill).
- In-depth knowledge and experience in developing and implementing HR policies (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with employees and management.
- Ability to handle confidential information with utmost integrity and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet organizational goals.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
- Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from job posting to onboarding new hires.
- Draft, update, and enforce HR policies to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and execute payroll processes accurately, including compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and issues.
- Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs to support employee growth and development.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance for career development plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
