Job Description for Accountant profile

• Roles and ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping and maintenance of Accounts Payable and Receivables
• Preparing Invoices and Related documents in as per the PO’s.
• Preparation of E-invoices and E-way bills.
• Preparing Salary statements at the end of every Month and Bonus statement end of the year.
• Updating Monthly ESI and PF details in the respective sites.
• In Tally posting of purchase, sales, payment, receipt collection & journal voucher.
• Ensure verification is completed for all suppliers’ bills before preparing payment.
• Bank, Debtors & Creditors Reconciliation.
• Managing bank transactions including Bank Reconciliations
• Employees Reimbursement expenses verification and payment processing
• Maintaining cash transaction.
• Sales & Purchase total reconciliation of accounts for GST
• Preparing Data for E-TDS Return Filing Including monthly payment
• Proper filing of all finance documents day-to-day activities.
• Preparation of tax invoice challan
• Preparation of customer documents related dispatch

• QualificationDegree in B, Com, M. Com, MBA(Finance)
• Very Good Communication in English, Kannada Hindi.
• Tally, Microsoft office & Excel (Very Good hold on excel usage).
• Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years
• Strong documentation and writing skills.
