Roles and Responsibilities
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication; Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve customer satisfaction Maintain records of customer interactions, customer accounts, and file documents.
Timely and accurate reporting is a must Manage e-commerce customer service support through the effective and timely use of email, Live Chat, Phone, walk-in customer support, and social media.
Serving customers by providing the knowledge of the products and services.2.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the customer by using the right methods/tools.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Maintain positive & professional attitude to clients.
A Customer Service Executive usually performs many of the following tasks:. Identifying new opportunities. Interaction with customers. Processing customer orders. Supporting sales and development departments
Desired Candidate Profile
- Knowledge of Help Desk, basic network knowledge, Support Systems (Service Desk and ticketing systems)
- Good communication skills Fluency in English
- Friendly attitude towards customers and building a rapport with them.
- Prior experience of Customer Service Competencies.
