We are seeking an experienced OPT Recruiter to join our team at Sismos Solutions INC. As an OPT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying qualified candidates for our clients through various sourcing methods. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications And Skills:

• 8-10 years of experience in OPT recruitment
• Strong knowledge of OPT regulations and compliance
• Proven experience in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Attention to detail and high level of confidentiality

Roles And Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates for OPT positions
• Screen resumes and perform initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the requirements of each role
• Manage and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Conduct reference checks and verify candidates' employment eligibility
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
