Key responsibilities
● Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new employees.
● Adhering the Processes strictly and Increasing efficiency.
● Administering and maintaining employee records, including personal information, benefits, and performance evaluations.
● Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
● Managing employee benefits, including healthcare, retirement plans, and vacation time.
● Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
● Coordinating employee training and development programs.
● Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
● Overseeing office administration, including facilities management, vendor contracts, and supplies inventory.
● Handling general administrative duties, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
● Ensuring a safe and secure workplace by implementing and maintaining security protocols and emergency procedures.
Minimum Requirements
1) Education:
● Bachelor Degree Mandatory
● MBA/PGDM (HR) - Preference ● Professional certification in human resources, such as the PHR or SHRM-CP, or other relevant certifications in office administration or management. - Preference
2) Experience:
● Sr. HR Executive - 5+ Years experience in HR domain Preffered
● HR Executive - 3+ Years experience in HR domain Preffered
3) Skills/Competencies:
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Excellent organizational and time management skills.
● Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
● Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
● Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
● Proficiency in HR software and technology tools.
