Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP sales and delivery, with a strong focus on cloud platforms and digital transformation projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP BTP, including key services like Integration Suite, Extension Suite, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Business Process Automation.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale SAP BTP implementations, with a focus on enterprise-wide business transformation.
• Industry-specific experience in sectors such as manufacturing, utilities, retail, or finance is a strong advantage.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Sales Skills:

1. Solution Sales Expertise:

• Deep understanding of SAP BTP architecture and services, with the ability to craft tailored solutions for clients.
• Proven ability to position SAP BTP for key business drivers such as cloud transformation, digital innovation, and business process automation.

1. Client Engagement:

• Establish trusted relationships with C-level executives and technical decision-makers.
• Conduct workshops, design thinking sessions, and roadmap presentations to showcase the value of SAP BTP.

1. Revenue Generation:

• Proven ability to generate revenue through subscription-based SAP BTP services and solutions.
• Track record of successfully achieving or exceeding sales quotas.

Delivery Skills:

1. SAP BTP Implementation Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of BTP service offerings, including SAP Integration Suite, SAP Extension Suite, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Data Warehouse Cloud, and SAP AI Core.
• Ability to define technical roadmaps for cloud and hybrid scenarios leveraging BTP capabilities.

1. Project Management:

• Experience in managing full-lifecycle BTP implementations from scoping to go-live.
• Proficient in agile methodologies for SAP cloud project delivery.

1. Integration Leadership:

• Expertise in integrating SAP S/4HANA and other SAP solutions (e.g., SuccessFactors, Ariba, C/4HANA) with SAP BTP.
• Knowledge of non-SAP system integration via BTP Integration Suite.

Technical Skills:

• Strong grasp of cloud-native developmentconcepts, including API management, microservices, and DevOps principles.
• Proficiency in SAP Fiori/UI5 development and extending applications using SAP BTP Extension Suite.
• Working knowledge of ABAP for Cloud, Node.js, and Java on SAP BTP.
• Experience with Kyma runtime, Kubernetes, and multi-cloud architecture.

• Knowledge of hyperscaler platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for SAP deployments.

• Authorization to work in the target geography.
