Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sourcing and acquisition of customers for our Fixed Deposit (FD) and Unit Linked Insurance Plan (ULIP) products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial product sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Acquisition: Source new customers for Fixed Deposits and ULIPs through cold calling, direct sales, referrals, and networking.
• Lead Generation: Identify and follow up on new leads; manage the end-to-end sales process.
• Product Promotion: Educate potential customers about FD and ULIP offerings, highlighting features, benefits, and returns.
• Sales Target Achievement: Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for both FD and ULIP products.
• Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
• Customer Service: Ensure high-quality post-sales service and build long-term customer relationships.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing preferred)
• Experience: 2-5 years in sales of financial products, especially Fixed Deposits and ULIPs

Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of investment products and financial markets
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Knowledge of regulatory norms (IRDAI, RBI) is a plus
