- Effective conflict resolution skills to handle visitor and client concerns with tact and diplomacy.
- Competency in data entry to maintain accurate records and documentation for office activities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage and direct incoming calls on a multiline phone system, ensuring prompt and accurate communication.
- Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about our services and products.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls using scheduling software and tools.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and organizing documents efficiently.
- Address and resolve client concerns and escalate issues to the necessary channels when required.
- Provide general administrative support to the office team as needed to ensure smooth operations.
