Job Overview

This full-time junior-level position of MIS Executive is based in Chennai within the thriving insurance broking environment at Shrinithi Insurance Broking Private Limited. With a requirement of 1 to 3 years of experience, this role involves utilizing technology and data analysis skills to enhance operational efficiency. The role is pivotal in managing information systems to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced data manipulation and reporting capabilities (Mandatory skill).
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Presentation, analytical & data-driven.
• MS office/ Google Sheets - Analyzing data, Macros, Pivot tables and pivot charts, Formulas, Group data, Functions & Data validation.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an effective MIS infrastructure to support business decisions and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and manage data flow within the company to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting.
• Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards using tools like Excel.
• Preparing extensive business review reports in accurate and timely manner.
• Preparation of both periodic and Ad hoc MIS reports as required.
• Thorough knowledge of how to analyze the MIS Data and providing continuous suggestions for the improvements.
• Sharing weekly Insights / Analysis on key business metrics and highlighting any challenges.
• Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team
• Maintain thorough understanding of data and information resources.
