Job Overview


We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Head of Human Resources. As the Head of HR, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function and driving HR strategies to support our company's growth and success. This is a full-time executive position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and the successful candidate will have more than 10 years of experience in a similar role.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven track record of at least 19 years in HR leadership roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and labor laws
  • Experience in talent acquisition, talent management, and performance management
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Solid problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant HR tools


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
  • Oversee the end-to-end HR function, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, and compliance
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management regarding HR policies, practices, and initiatives
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, ensuring high-performance, continuous development, and engagement
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
  • Design and implement effective talent management programs, including training and development, succession planning, and performance improvement initiatives
  • Manage employee relations matters and resolve conflicts in a fair and objective manner
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance HR processes and policies
