Job Overview

As a SaaS Sales professional at Kestone, you will be responsible for driving revenue by selling our software-as-a-service products. You will identify prospective customers, understand their needs, and showcase how our solutions can address their challenges. This role relies heavily on relationship-building and an in-depth understanding of our product offerings. Candidates are preferred from Staffing, Edtech, and similar verticals.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in SaaS sales or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions and technology.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Experience in lead generation and managing CRM software.
  • Skills in sales negotiation and pipeline management.
  • Technical aptitude and strong presentation skills.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify leads through various channels.
  • Present and demonstrate software solutions to potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, including achieving quarterly targets of 200 on boards.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Identify SME experts in various industries to enhance sales strategies and product offerings.
