We are seeking a Production Officer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Shelter Pharma Ltd. As a Production Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, and maintaining the highest quality standards in our pharmaceutical production unit. This is a full-time position based in Himatnagar, Gujarat, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical production
• Good understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards
• Experience in equipment validation and calibration
• Knowledge of quality control procedures
• Strong training and development skills
• Experience in material management
• Familiarity with sugar coating and tablet coating processes
• Knowledge of pharma herbal products
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the production process and ensure adherence to GMP standards
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely production and delivery of pharmaceutical products
• Monitor and maintain the highest quality standards in the production unit
• Perform equipment validation and ensure proper calibration
• Conduct regular quality control checks and implement corrective actions
• Train and develop production staff on GMP guidelines and safety protocols
• Manage material inventory and ensure availability for production
• Assist in sugar coating and tablet coating processes
• Utilize knowledge of pharma herbal products in the production process
• Adhere to change control procedures and implement process improvements
