Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and revenue across various channels, including the company website and third-party marketplaces.
  • Product Management: Oversee product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and imagery. Continuously optimize product assortments to meet customer demand and market trends.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
  • Customer Experience: Enhance the online shopping experience by optimizing website navigation, product pages, and checkout processes. Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Work with the supply chain team to manage inventory levels, ensuring products are in stock and available for purchase. Implement strategies to reduce out-of-stock situations.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to monitor sales performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Prepare reports and present findings to the management team.
  • SEO and SEM: Optimize the website and product listings for search engines to improve visibility and drive organic traffic. Manage paid search campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Compliance and Regulations: Stay up to date with industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring the company adheres to all relevant laws and policies.
  • Partnerships: Work with external partners, including logistics providers and marketing agencies, to enhance the ecommerce operations and drive growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in ecommerce or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Familiarity with online marketing channels and strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay).
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
