About the Job


Job Responsibilities (not limited to):

·        Sales Target Achievement of the assigned sections

·         Tracking daily sales, Analysis and compilation of Data

·         Ordering of the Merchandise as per the defined Stock vs Sales norms as and when required

·         Planning and Implementing sales strategies for the team

·        Customer Service and Customer handling, Control inventory loss

·        Tracking customer orders as well as complaints

·         Taking care of the Visual Merchandising with the team

·         Ensure cleanliness on the shop floor, Assist the Store Manager in Store Operations on day to day basis. 

·        Shows adequate selling capability to ensure supervision of sales teams and meeting the needs of customers

·        Demonstrates strong knowledge of MS Office in order to prepare reports/ draft letters/ prepare spreadsheets/ make presentations etc.

·        Understands and applies in-depth knowledge of productivity parameters (KPIs) to maximize store profitability and productivity


Key Skills required: Excellent Communication skills, Working knowledge of MS Office/ Open Office, Strong analytical skills, Product Knowledge (Apparel Mandatory), Proactiveness, Positive attitude, Confident and Self- motivated.
