Key Responsibilities:


1. Sales Strategy & Business Development:

·        Identify and target new business opportunities in the Sugar, Ethanol industry.

·        Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.

·        Expand the company's presence by acquiring new clients and enhancing relationships

   With existing ones.

·        Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

·        Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and brand positioning.

 

2. Client Relationship Management:

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including plant heads,

Procurement managers, and technical heads.

·        Regularly follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and address any

Concerns.

·        Organize and conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with

Clients.

·        Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.

 

3. Sales Performance & Reporting:

·        Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

·        Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis.

·        Track and report on sales performance metrics, including conversion rates and revenue

Growth.

·        Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, opportunities, and customer data.

 

4. Industry & Product Knowledge:

·        Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and market conditions.

·        Develop a deep understanding of the company’s product portfolio and its applications in

The Sugar and Paper industry.

·        Provide technical support and guidance to clients when required.

Experience & Expertise:

·        10-15 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in the Sugar, Ethanol or Sugar Product.

·        Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

·        Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, pumps, or mechanical equipment used in

Sugar  industries.

·        Experience in handling large-scale industrial clients.

·         

Skills & Competencies:

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·        Strong business acumen and the ability to identify growth opportunities.

·        Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

·        Ability to work independently and manage sales operations efficiently.

·        Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex customer requirements

·         

Educational Qualification:.

·        An MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration is a plus.
