About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executives to join our Sales & Counseling team. This role involves closely working with students to understand their educational and career goals, and guiding them towards suitable training programs. You will also play a crucial role in achieving enrollment targets and supporting business growth through effective communication and relationship-building.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Counseling & Assessment: Conduct assessments to understand students strengths, interests, and aspirations.
  • Develop tailored education plans aligned with students' goals.
  • Course Guidance & Career Planning: Guide students on course selection, career options, and available training programs.
  • Assist in navigating scholarship applications and financial aid processes.
  • Sales & Target Achievement: Achieve monthly and annual enrollment targets as defined by the management.
  • Maintain and convert leads through systematic follow-ups and counseling.
  • Workshops & Engagement: Organize and conduct informative workshops and student seminars. Represent the institute in promotional events and outreach campaigns.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor student progress and address concerns to ensure successful course completion.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback using internal systems.
  • Technology Utilization: Use CRM tools and digital platforms effectively for student tracking, communication, and reporting.
