Job Overview


We are seeking a Sales Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Semitech Opto Devices - India. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position based in Delhi, Delhi, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or a similar role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other sales software/tools
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of sales processes and techniques
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Fluency in oral and written English


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
  • Understand customer needs and demonstrate how our products and services can meet those needs
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of orders
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements
  • Conduct market research to identify potential market segments and customer profiles
