Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, and video) for all social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.Monitor and respond to social media interactions, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.Collaborate with the marketing, PR, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.Run social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, ad creation, targeting, and performance analysis.Generate monthly reports on social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
