Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Account Manager to join our dynamic team at our new location in Delhi. This full-time senior position requires a dedicated professional adept at managing financial operations and ensuring tax compliance. As an essential part of our accounting department, the selected candidate will play a critical role in overseeing our financial stability and growth.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in financial reporting and a strong understanding of tax compliance to ensure the company meets all financial regulations.
  • Expertise in accounts payable and receivable management to maintain the company's financial health and ensure smooth financial operations (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong analytical skills for effective financial analysis to provide insights and suggestions for business improvement.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel to create detailed financial reports and perform complex calculations.
  • Experience using QuickBooks for efficient bookkeeping and maintaining financial integrity of accounts.
  • Familiarity with SAP for managing financial transactions and conducting accurate financial analysis.
  • Ability to create, maintain, and analyze budgets to ensure compliance with financial objectives of the company.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with other departments and external clients.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily financial operations, ensuring effective management of accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports and statements in alignment with established financial regulations.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and assist in budgeting processes to aid in effective decision-making.
  • Ensure that financial reports are in compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to implement consistent accounting methodologies and processes.
  • Review and enhance existing financial procedures to increase efficiency and improve cost savings.
  • Monitor the financial accounts for discrepancies and take proactive measures to rectify them.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for audits and provide assistance to auditors as needed.
