Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

About Us:

we’re a forward-thinking finance team supporting business decisions with integrity and precision. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to help ensure timely and accurate vendor payments, maintain financial records, and support our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume invoices and expense reports with accuracy
• Match purchase orders with invoices and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure timely payments to vendors via check, ACH, and wire transfers
• Reconcile AP aging reports and assist with month-end close
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve billing issues
• Maintain digital filing systems and ensure compliance with company policies

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable or general accounting experience
• Knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP)
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Bonus Points:

• Experience with ERP systems
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in [Industry] (e.g., healthcare, tech, manufacturing)
