Position: Full Stack Developer  

Experience Required: 4 to 6 Years [Relevant] 

Educational Qualification: Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.  

Working Location: Mohali, Punjab [Work from Office] 

Shift Hours: 12PM To 9PM [IST] 

PROFILE SUMMARY: 

SCALE Healthcare is looking for an experienced and talented Full Stack Developer with 4-5 years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in building robust back-end services using Node.js, developing scalable middleware solutions, and creating engaging front-end user interfaces. You will work closely with our product and design teams to build high-quality, scalable web applications that deliver value to users. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Back-End Development: 

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance Node.js back-end services. 
• Integrate with third-party services and APIs to enhance platform capabilities. 
• Implement and maintain middleware for data processing, authentication, and service communication. 
• Build microservices architectures for large-scale applications with high reliability and performance. 
• Write and maintain reusable, testable, and efficient code. 
• Implement security and data protection protocols. 
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate back-end services with user-facing elements. 

Front-End Development: 

• Develop dynamic and responsive front-end features using Next.js. 
• Build reusable front-end components and libraries for future use. 
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize for maximum speed and scalability. 
• Develop and optimize front-end applications for mobile and desktop platforms. 

Middleware and Integration: 

• Design and implement middleware for APIs and data flow between front-end and back-end. 
• Optimize performance of both front-end and back-end systems. 
• Manage state and data flow through RESTful APIs, and/or GraphQL , WebSocket’s. 

Collaboration and Agile Methodologies: 

• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews in an agile development environment. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and quality engineers. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

• 4-5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a focus on Node.js for back-end development. 
• Strong experience with front-end technologies such as Next.js 
• Proven expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL APIs. 
• Strong experience working with relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases, e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc. 
• Familiarity with middleware development for data processing, authentication, and integration. 
• Experience with authentication & authorization protocols (e.g., JWT, OAuth). 
• Understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes. 
• Proficient with version control systems, especially Git. 
• Familiar with testing frameworks (e.g., Mocha, Jest, Chai, etc.). 
• Knowledge of performance optimization and debugging techniques for both front-end and back-end. 
• Experience with Azure Cloud (including deployment) is a must. 
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Familiarity with serverless architectures and frameworks (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions). 
• Knowledge of TypeScript for both front-end and back-end development. 
• Experience with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka). 
• Experience with front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Mocha). 
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
