KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect comprehensive data & insights from healthcare stakeholders to understand the business requirements,

vision, and needs.

• Collaborate with teams to ensure a clear understanding of needs and map these to technical solutions.

• Validate the proposed solution aligns with both global & local best practices, meeting industry standards,

delivers maximum impact & mitigates risks effectively.

• Design the digital health solution which includes strategy formulation, roadmap development, & blueprint

creation tailored to the client’s requirements.

• Prepare and deliver a clear, compelling proposal to the stakeholders, presenting the solution, product, or

platform independently.

• Ensure alignment with the stakeholders’ objectives, gather valuable feedback and incorporate their input to

optimize the offering.

• Finalize the final version of the proposal, handling the documentation and maintain the source of truth of the

initiative details.

Communication with the Technology Team


• Act as the liaison between healthcare stakeholders/business owner and technology team, ensuring clear

communication.

• Support the team in drafting the scope of work (SOW) of the identified opportunity referencing the agreed

conceptualized proposal with functional requirements, deliverables, timeline, acceptance criteria, assumptions,

dependencies, and other relevant technical details.

• Update stakeholders with concerns, or technical highlights to setup clear expectation while scoping the

approach & implementation plan.

• Simplify & clarify the technical concepts, roadmaps, & priorities for technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Actively collaborate with clinical team to validate the latest clinical practices, including recommendation, clinical data standards and workflows to ensure clinical requirements are addressed comprehensively in aimed

solution.

• Ensure all technical team is informed about the initiative and aligned with the organization commitment to

healthcare stakeholders including the deadlines, tangible milestones, and potential growth of the initiative

based on the agreed roadmap.

Functional Oversight for Implementation & Integration:


• Oversee the progress of development, ensuring functionalities align with the designed solutions.

• Assist project managers, delivery leads, and technical teams to ensure proper execution.

• Regularly update stakeholders, addressing concerns, showcasing value, and highlighting progress.

• Support stakeholders with delivery review and be a trusted advisor to them, ensuring the success of the digital

health initiative.

• Collaborate with legal & compliance, information security, quality assurance teams to meet regulatory &

organization standards.

• Ensure that the acceptance criteria are met for all deliverables.

Risk Assessment:

• Conduct independently or with cross-functional teams a risk assessment of potential risks related to ideation,

conceptualization & implementation.

• Communicate potential risks to executives, operational, and legal & compliance teams.

• Work with teams to address risk early and prevent project delays or compliance issues.

Research & Innovation:


• Keep up with global healthcare trends, emerging technologies in health industry, & new digital health solutions

or innovations.

• Utilize industry-standard benchmarks to compare organizational digital assets with those of top-performing

solutions considering functionality, user experience, scalability, and continuous enhancement.

• Continuously raise teams’ awareness of new innovations and solutions that can improve organization services,

products, & platforms.

• Analyse health insights & data to provide actionable conclusions.

• Draft and publish white papers that showcase thought leadership and contribute to the organization’s

reputation in digital health

• Collaborate with external technology and non-technology partners to build relationships and represent the

organization externally in local and international events.

• Develop training materials and programs and act as subject matter expert to guide internal and external

stakeholders in digital health solutions and updates.


QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:


• Hold relevant medical degree (e.g. MD, Dental, Nursing, or equivalent).

• Minimum of 5 years of practice in healthcare settings including clinical practice or

clinical or public health research.

• 10+ years of experience in digital health programs.

• Advanced qualifications in health informatics, interoperability & healthcare

management, public health are preferred.

• Experience working with leading consulting firms is preferred.• Proven track record of designing, developing, and managing large-scale health

technology programs and digital health solutions.

• Proven track record of building and maintaining successful relationships with

clients, including governmental and private healthcare stakeholders.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast pace & dynamic environment, competing

priorities, diverse settings, demonstrating a strong understanding of different

perspectives, cultures, values and practices within healthcare system.

• Showcase in-depth knowledge of healthcare systems, digital health platforms (EHR,

telemedicine, remote monitoring), and interoperability standards.

• Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA) and digital

health compliance.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to

new technologies.

• Demonstrate commitment and sense of ownership over digital health initiatives

implemented in previous work experience and ability to adjust plans as necessary to

achieve organizational objectives.



Job Specific Skills: • Fluency in English is essential for engaging with local healthcare ecosystem and

international partners.
