QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSMinimum Qualifications &amp; Experience: • Hold relevant medical degree (e.g. MD, Dental, Nursing, or equivalent).• Minimum of 5 years of practice in healthcare settings including clinical practice orclinical or public health research.• 10+ years of experience in digital health programs.• Advanced qualifications in health informatics, interoperability &amp; healthcaremanagement, public health are preferred.• Experience working with leading consulting firms is preferred.• Proven track record of designing, developing, and managing large-scale healthtechnology programs and digital health solutions.• Proven track record of building and maintaining successful relationships withclients, including governmental and private healthcare stakeholders.• Ability to work effectively in a fast pace &amp; dynamic environment, competingpriorities, diverse settings, demonstrating a strong understanding of differentperspectives, cultures, values and practices within healthcare system.• Showcase in-depth knowledge of healthcare systems, digital health platforms (EHR,telemedicine, remote monitoring), and interoperability standards.• Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA) and digitalhealth compliance.• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly adapt tonew technologies.• Demonstrate commitment and sense of ownership over digital health initiativesimplemented in previous work experience and ability to adjust plans as necessary toachieve organizational objectives.
