Job Purpose:

 

To profitably achieve the sales revenue goals for the organization's specified geographical area and customer base by generating leads through new customer acquisition & from the existing customers.

Principal Accountabilities (Please write main accountabilities and supporting actions against each main accountability. Please elaborate. We are trying to understand the job in detail but not the specific yearly performance targets)

 

  1. Receiving Enquiries & Providing Techno Commercial Offer.
  2. Receiving the enquiries from the Customers, Dealers & OEM’s
  3. Provide the techno commercial offer to customer as per his requirements & his applications post discussion and approval from HOD.

 

  1. Providing Technical Support for the customer.
  2. Understand the customer requirements & Applications based on his requirements and provide technical support on the products which will suit his applications.
  3. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services under the guidance of HOD.

 

  1. Achieve Sales Targets.
  2. Actively seeking out current sales opportunities through cold calling, direct visits, and social media.
  3. Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.

·        C.   Investigate leads and research those as much extensively before contacting.

  1. Market Research & Product Development.
  2. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  3. Meeting the Potential Clients & acts as their consultant.
  4. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.
  5. New Customer Development & Customer Relationship.
  6. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching, and recommending new opportunities.
  7. Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.

Formal Education Requirements, as applicable:

BE/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Years of relevant Experience needed:             

3 yrs. of Experience in Manufacturing Industry.
